U.S. Day 5

Here's a pic of the motel. Looks run-down but wayyyy better than the first hotel.

20+ people cramped in one small space D:

We took a train up in the woods and it stopped halfway so that we could go down and take pictures :D

3-min portrait in full colour for only 8 USD :O Pretty amazing cos it looked really alike.

After that, we went for a guided tour in the redwoods.

Our guide used to drive the train but had to stop bcos an arm had to be amputated in an accident 2 years ago. He bounced back really quickly and is now even volunteering to give tours in the redwoods :D

We went INTO a tree mwahahahaha :D It was all dark in there (x We set a record of 21 people in a tree and the guide was so amazed (x

Buffet dinner! :D Super nice cos they had steak, plus there's a whole range of desserts to choose from.

Li Ting and Mei Qi! :D Similar features and built! Hahaha don't they look like sisters or something?

Day 5 was way more fun than day 1-4! :D Sorry I'm kinda bored of posting the U.S. trip in such detail cos it takes such a long time so this post was hastily done (x Anw, day 6 was spent at Gilroy = shopping for the whole day and we had Mexican food that night :D

Anyway, didn't do much this week but..
Mon: Catch up on dramas.
Tues: Class gathering at ECP and only about 15 ppl turned up. Ting Yi brought her brother, who really looked like some anime character :O It was fun but my feet hurt like crap cos the roller blades were too small. I still don't know how to rollerblade though ):
Wed: Outing with Geeky Gang! Jojo couldn't come cos she had fever D: She must have overworked D: Get well soon! (: More about the outing in another post.
Thurs: Went to Converse warehouse sale in the afternoon! Hahahah good shoes at an affordable price. Bought 2 shoes for less than $70! :D
