HELLO! :D

U.S. Day 4

We woke up at 4.45a.m. so that we wouldn't be late to meet the teachers at 5.30a.m. O.O This trip is super tiring pls. Our schedule's at least 12 hours almost everyday.

Our last day dining at the restaurant ): The owners are really nice, always refilling the porridge bowl since we like it so much :D
After having breakfast we head off to another high school! :D

This pic is blur, but it shows how early it is even after we've eaten breakfast and are already travelling to our first destination for the day.

The PRINCIPAL dresses casually: jacket, school tee and jeans. She's really nice too :D

They bought donuts(too!) and milk/juice for us ^^ After that we played some games together and then broke up into smaller groups so that our buddies could bring us around (: My buddy's Japanese and we went for 2 lessons: Japanese and Band. MOO I really wanted to go for Choir or Calculus D: Oh yea, if you were wondering, band is a graded subject that only some students take.

That's the school @ 7a.m., where no one's even in school yet walao O.O

We went to In-N-Out burger for lunch (: It's one of the 2 largest fast food chains (the other one is Macs) in U.S..

Our card already topped up with 8USD inside for lunch :D

The serving size's really big. Also, the food is way nicer. The fries are fresher cos they don't use frozen fries like Macs (;
Our next destination's EA! :D The driver actually lost his way hahahahah. But that's bcos he's from L.A., not S.F..

They have lotsa employee benefits too, such as:

a GYM. There're gym instructors too.

Later, we attended a talk given by 3 EA employees (: It's pretty challenging to work in the game industry, since it's dominated by males. Although the situation has gotten much better, the art director says that she's one of the 10 females working in a department of 100 O.O

We went to the EA shop and....

everything was really cheap there! :O

EEveryone of us bought stuff, duh.
The games were at an unbelievable bargain of 10USD + tax for computer games and 20 USD + tax for all others.
Siao lor! Bleh I should have bought the expansion pack. I'm pretty curious to know what's in there.
I can't remember what's for dinner that night. Can anyone tell me? X: I think it was Fish N Chips or something..

Ugh our geeky gang outing is screwed cos... our schedules all clash. I'm quite frustrated since we've rescheduled the outing many times and now something has popped up again. I don't think we can even postpone it again cos everyone's busy in Jan.
